Avery Sunshine

Avery Sunshine is an enigmatic music composer, performer and singer. He combines soul gospel with R&B in a distinct mix. From Broadway to European festival and clubs, Avery Sunshine has been a hit anywhere. Sunshine can be described as Denise White. While she resides in Atlanta however, she comes from Chester Pennsylvania where she began music by performing and playing the piano in the church. She was a student at Spellman College in Atlanta where she began her education on the city's R&B scene. The Fighting Temptations The single with her voice on it, Stalk You an House, was only released in Japan. The song has had numerous remixes and it is a mainstay of her live shows. She has also contributed her voice to the soundtrack for The Fighting Temptations. In 2005she took on the role of the keyboardist in Tyler Perry's stage production Meet the Browns. Jennifer Holliday, a Grammy- as well as Tony Award winning vocalist who was part of the stage production Dreamgirls during the National Black Arts Festival of Atlanta in 2007, approached her to be the leader of the choral group for the production.
